Prior to Elion, Aby honed his skills at Acceso Partners, a prominent real estate fund, where his focus on property acquisition and management in Florida. Before entering the real estate sector, Aby served as a principal at Grupo Sindicato Pesquero del Peru, the world's largest fishmeal company, where he gained invaluable experience in business operations and strategic leadership.

Aby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima and furthered his education with an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
